Polini Maxi Speed Performance Variator Kit for125cc and 150cc Honda PCX Scooters. This kit has 9 roller weights versus the factory 6 to increase acceleration and lower the vibration that is characteristic of the factory variator.

• Ramp Plate
• Ramp Plate Slides (x3)
• Variator Boss
• 9 Roller Weights in 9.2g
• Clutch Torque Spring
• A tube of High Temp Grease

• Honda PCX 125 (ALL YEARS)
• Honda PCX 150 (ALL YEARS)

Roller weight tuning information: Uses 20x12mm size weights.

There isn’t a predetermine variator that will work best for everyone. For the best performance. tuners will often purchase a few different sets of weights so that they can try them out and mix them up.
