Gardall WMS129-G-E Fireproof Fire Rated Wall Safe (with flange)

The Gardall WMS129-G-E is a fireproof safe with a 2″ flange. This flange goes around the outside of the safe and helps finish the wall safe install. This safe is not designed to be bolted to the studs like a traditional wall safe. The flange is bolted to the safe. Because of the heavy weight. a platform needs to be built behind the wall underneath this safe. The WMS129-G-E is then bolted to the platform using an anchor bolt through the anchor hole in the middle of the safe. 2. Another option is to install the safe in a false wall or false floor.
